We had a wonderful 9 nights at this hotel. Our room was amazing with a large balcony. We swam every day in the pool which never seemed crowded. The view of the lake was spectacular and there was always a choice of sunbeds available during the day. The staff were extremely friendly, always cheerful and helpful, especially the restaurant and cleaning staff. Many of them spoke fluent Italian, English and German. We loved the walk along the lake from the hotel into Malcesine. It is away from the road so very quiet and beautiful. We loved the location of the hotel, slightly away from the centre, perfect for peace and relaxation. Malcesine was very lively, but perfect for having fun with the bars and restaurants. We loved our stay and will definitely be back one day. Highly recommended. The most relaxing holiday we have ever had. Thank you"

"The hotel is full of character and charm. We requested a room in the main building, which gave us a view of the lake from one window and the mountains from the other. The room was impeccable, as was the rest of the hotel.
We were warmly welcomed by friendly and professional staff. We had booked only bed and breakfast, but after dining in the restaurant on the first night, we soon changed our booking to half board and were not disappointed! The food was beautifully presented and delicious. The pool at Soro overlooks the lake and is set in well-kept gardens. Malcesine is a 15 minute walk away, with plenty to see and do, but we were happy to relax by the pool and make use of the spa.
