Time passes,
passion does not

This black-and-white photo, taken in 1987, tells the story of the beginning of Ruggero Togni’s journey at Hotel Bellevue and the inauguration of the first Arte Modena sculpture in the hotel park, created by the minimalist and conceptual artist Gianfranco Pardi.

Around the work, some of the most important artists of the Italian artistic renewal of the 1980s and 1990s, many of whom would later enrich the hotel park with their creations, formed a unique blend of scenery, art, and nature: Italo Antico, Alik Cavaliere, Alberto Lui, Mauro Staccioli, Gianni Colombo and Emilio Tadini.
